These Terms govern your use of the networkz.in website. They do not govern client project engagements, which are subject to a separately executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
Important — Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the networkz.in website only. They do not govern client projects, deliverables, intellectual property, milestone payments, or any other matter arising from a service engagement. Those matters are governed exclusively by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the relevant Statement of Work (SOW), which are executed separately for each engagement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at networkz.in (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
These Terms are entered into between you and NETWORKZ, a Sole Proprietorship established under the laws of India with MSME Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-MH-18-0561547, trading as "Networkz" ("Networkz", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Scope — Website Use Only
These Terms apply solely to your use of the Website, including browsing pages, using interactive features such as the contact form, and communicating with us through the Website.
These Terms do not apply to:
- Custom software development, backend API development, database architecture, or any other services we provide;
- The ownership, licensing, or transfer of project deliverables;
- Milestone pricing, payment schedules, or refund rights in respect of a project engagement;
- Post-launch support, maintenance, or retainer services.
All of the above are governed by the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work executed between Networkz and the client for each engagement.
3. Eligibility
You may use this Website if you are at least 18 years of age and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Permitted Use
You may use this Website to:
- Learn about Networkz's services, pricing model, and development process;
- Submit a genuine project enquiry through the contact form;
- Contact us by email or WhatsApp regarding a potential or existing engagement;
- Access and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Website at a rate or in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure;

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at hello@networkz.in to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond and resolve your concern within 30 days.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
